Expect a response.... This week still!
Firstly super bad attitude when I called in and spoke to a lady in the customer service department on the 14th September 2018, so bad that I didn't even hear what her name was when she mumbled at me, disgusting!! Werk is skaars daar buite my girl, waardeer dat jy ene het ;-)
Secondly, going on week two now following up every second day via mail to ********** about my name NOT being cleared on my credit report yet...
Worst of all, I settled my account on the 12th of April already...
