I app**** for a loan online yesterday morning.
The online process was smooth and I had no problems filling in the form. Two hours after that I received an sms to say my loan was approved and I should upload the required documents (ID, proof of residence and 3 months payslips) which I Did, again no issues) I then received an sms to tell me that I would be notified when the loan amount was paid.
This morning I received an sms asking me to upload my documents. I went to check the online progress of the loan and my documents were uploaded.
So just to be sure I sent in the required documents, I sent an email as well with the documents attached.
I just received an email saying " delivery failure. The recipients mailbox is full or receiving too many emails"
How is that possible for a company that processes documents on a daily basis?
Now I don't know the status of my documents.
Please can someone sort this out or contact me.
