Absolutely disgusted. I have paid off this loan IN January already and I still get debited after that. I have spoken to 3 people and all have assured to refund me. Today again, I spoke to 3 different people and the last person just hung up on me because I couldn't hear her. Your customer service is absolutely horrific, how can you guys be so quick to give us the money and help us but when we need help, we don't get it. I will take this further as this is ***** taking people's money
