Pathetic. Fire all your call center people. Been on the phone over an hour with every number possible they can transfer me too even legal. Can't get a simple thing like a settlement amount over the phone. I wish I was making this **** up. Unfortunately not what a pathetic experience. Keep it up guys. You will most definitely see your ass like this eventually.
