Early morning calls
A guy named ndumiso called from direct axis at 6:50 this morning stating he is from collections and requesting my id number. Firstly, it is really un professional to call clients at 6:50 in the morning. Secondly, when i questioned this guy to make sure he is from your company, he was rude and ended the call.
This is the most frustrating company that i have dealt with and the most in-efficient staff working for direct axis.
