DROP CALL AND DOUBLE DEBIT!!!!!
In December they did a double debit off my account, which was outragoues as I could not afford my home loan as they took two amount which added up to almost R 9000.00. Then after a heavy struggle, you guys phoned me back and said you will phone me back on the end of January. Now you keep phoning me every single day, but when I answer I must hold on for almost 10 minutes or you look at my profile for3 minutes and I must hold for 10minutes. Stop pestering me and phone me if you want to speak to me - stop using your computer voice to do everything for you! I want this sorted out!!!!!
