Double Debits now my other debit orders are not getting paid
I have a loan with Direct Axis and for some reason unknown to me, they have double debited my account today, I don't have any arrears and I haven't taken a new loan with them. When I called their help desk they can only reverse it when the 2 payments reflect on their account tomorrow and my stupid bank doesn't also allow the reversal just yet but the money is hanging somewhere now one knows where but its not in my account and its not in Direct Axis account either.

26 May 2021, 09:25I'm so disappointed in DirectAxis, they just reply here on this platform as if they are helping people when in fact they don't even bother to contact their clients back. I called their call center today so I can get my money refunded and now they tell me the money will only reflect in their bank account in 3 days and that is when I will be able to get a refund. Nevermind what my family must eat or any other debt that I have that needs to be settled. Guess what I'm switching my bank account and you guys can run after me for my money like I'm running after you for my money. Thank you
