Dont waste your time with DirectAxis
I app**** for a loan with DirectAxis at the beginning of September which they declined. Last week I called them twice to esquire why my loan was declined. None of the people I spoke to could give me an answers and all of them told me that they would call me back but not one phone call from the company to date.

09 Oct 2022, 20:05So I was emailed twice by your customer care telling me they are looking into the complaint. Then I received an email from Lecrecia Arendse informing me that my loan was declined which is something I was already aware of. This was on the 7th October. I rep**** to her and asked her to please give me a reason why my application was declined which is all I want to know but for some reason nobody can answer this simple question. Not a very effective way to win over potential customers. IF anyone reads this don't waste your time with this company...useless!
