Don't want to remove my name from credit Bereu after 3 years. I paid the full amount outstanding.

I borrowed money from Direct axis. Paid the full amount. I have the proof of payments. It's 3 years now. I requested a lot of times to remove it from the credit Burue and they just don't want to do it.
