DONT USE DIRECT AXIS - BAD SERVICE - WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Useless people, dont give a **** about you, I am still waiting for feedback from these people since last month.

I have a current loan with this company which i pay my debit orders each and every singel month i do not skip one payment.

I app**** for a additional loan which was approved and then all of a sudden it was declined again, Me and my fiance of 16 Years are using one account for almost 2 years now , Now i can not get the additional loan because the bank account is not in my name, They do not mind to take debit orders from this account for the past Year already but they don't want to approve my additional loan because of the account.

This is such bull**** and bad service, I would not recomend them to any one, Rather go to some one like african Bank who are willing to assist you.

Direct Axis must stop adevertising on Radio and Tv because they have false advertising.

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE, BEST OFF ALL THEY WILL REPLY BACK ON HELLE PETER AND SAY THEY WILL INVESTIGATE, THAT IS ALSO BULL **** BECAUSE THEY DONT!!!!!!!!
