DONT USE DIRECAXIS FOR SHORT TERM LOANS AT ALL !!!!!!!

My wife request a small load of 15k for registrations fees for home-schooling on 20 July, until today 23 July nobody can give her an answer why the money has not been paid out within 48 hours. The debit order is already allocated on her bank account. she's been phoning DirectAxis but she received 7 different stories today alone. DirectAxes blames Sanlan and Sanlam blames DirectAxes.....my advise dot use this financial institution you going to have your hands full and be very very frustrated.
