DON'T TRUST DIRECTAXIS

Onse again this bad company, called direct axis, spoils my beautiful day, with a telephone call. I put it in writing on numerous occasions, that they should never call me, but, no they persist in making calls to me. I'm still waiting on their answers to why they deducted money from my bank account, when they've already deducted the payment from my account. They are one of the companies every consumer should avoid, because they have no integrity, nor any moral standards. They just mislead their clients with fancy words. I went so far in blocking them from requesting money from my bank account. I blocked them on my phone, but still they find a way to continue with their contact, but not in writing. Any company that changes reference numbers, requesting money from any clients account, should not be trusted. This appears to be the order of business for this company. I received a reference number, by mail, which I use to make EFT payments, but this "great" company just can't find my money. This is the reason why I prefer written confersation with companies, that you can't trust. To top it up, I make sure that I send them the payment confirmation letters, straight from the bank, but yet, you are in arrears. Is there anybody out their that can help me, in what to do where you pay your accounts, but still get harassing telephone calls. I thank you for for your help.
