Don't take out a loan from them.

Absolutely worst company when it comes to communication. Last letter with regards to account was received in 05 July 2024 and was 5 months out of date. Payment through debit order was done 01 July 2024 and they were called 2 weeks after that debit order and told me I was still owing like a *****. Was told how much I would be debit ordered today 1 August, and it was more than I was told. No manager or supervisor can assist me as they all in "meetings" and the service consultant won't assist me further. My account has been paid in full, I would of extended the loan with more money but with the experience I've received from your company I actually don't want to. Outdated statements if you do happen to get them. Outdated letters if you also are lucky enough to receive them. Interest rates extremely high especially if you an existing customer and want to take another loan out 18% to 28%.
