Don’t take Direct axis Loans

This company is hell bent on ruining my credit score. I’ve been wrongfully debited after settling my FFW loan account. Now there’s no money in my account and my other debits are bouncing. Each time the bank attempts a debit , it charges a fee upon failure. The call centre agents are telling me to wait for 5-10 working days for a refund and that they are not responsible for those bank charges. I’ve been calling the whole week, promised refunds, promised call backs from supervisors and I find out today that the refund was never logged. The service and lack of understanding is disgusting. If I was late on an installment they’d be so quick to list me . The one agent has the nerve to tell me not to go to the bank and do a reversal because that would look bad on my credit score, and i’m thinking “ idiot your company has done worse, my life cover is bouncing “I want my money back immediately.
