Don't respond to calls and emails

I had an account with Direct Axis which I closed in September. Since then I have tried every number to call them to send me a settlement letter NOTHING was ever received. and they are still sending me messages saying I OWE I overpaid them and want a refund then close the account PLEASE TRY TO CALL THEM because all the numbers for them just ring and they cut it off
