Dont know

I keep on receiving messages from them telling me to down load a file. Blocked and deleted it many times, they keep on sending it by Sm's to my phone. Looked up the company on google and phoned them.The lady informed me that I must give her my I.D number in order for her to stop the messages. That told me that they have my I .D number witch is confidential information. They are not suppose to have it without my permission and I surely didn't't give it to them. On asking where they get my info from I was told that she can't give me that information She can only help me if I give her my I.D number. She told me that I must have signed a document with a clause that gave someone permission to give my personal details to them. Which I know for a fact I would not have done or agreed to in any contract, that can give my personal info to any person as they feel like. I only have one contract and that is with my phone line provider. So I am still getting the messages after trying all I could to stop it. I refused to give my I.D number to them! Could be a **** for all I know so I always play it save.
