Don't ever take a loan from Direct Axis. Money making and unprofessional.

Don't ever take a loan from them. You will never be able to pay it off. After two complaints I got a settlement for more than the outstanding balance as well as a date provided till when the settlement amount is valid. The amount was only valid till the day before they sent the settlement. Please see the Hellopeter feedback I got and spot the professional spelling errors. Copied and pasted response. We acknowledge your requet via our Social media platform and advise as follows. We confirm that a monthly payment arrangemnt is in place for the amount of R2010.00 as of the 25th April 2023. Please find attached statment of the account refletcing all payments made and the total balacne due.
