Don't answer phones hold on for up to 44 minutes
Phoned 6 times today I held on for 44 minutes on 1 attempt on 15 minutes on all other attempts. There is no answer on the phones. This is ridiculous I have settled my account you overcollected now I can't get through to get my refund and close the account.
