Sanlam is an entity of DirectAxis.. Why whenever I request a settlement for this account I never receive it via telephone or email I have requested it and still waiting for this -then they don’t know what account I want even when I include the quarterly statement as a reference they still don’t know? This is most horrible experience I have had with sanlam!! Hence I wish to settle and never do any type of business with you again! This is not the first complain!
