Does not acknowledge payment towards them
The most useless company probably in the history of the corporate world!! After begging them for our settlement letter via e-mail as their call centres are more useless (waiting time approximately two hours and more, just being put through from one department to another),we eventially got our letter and we have cleared our debt with them, but now it is a MASSIVE STRUGGLE to get them to acknowledge our payment towards them as we dont want them to debit our account on the 20th as we owe them nothing now. I have had it with this company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!! It is just empty promises after empty promises, even their social media platform cannot solve this. I swear, if this debit order goes of on the 20th, I will climb in my car, go to their offices and make those employees WISH they were never born !!! I HAVE HAD IT!!!!!!!!!!!! Sort this out NOW!!!! This is my last attemp or warning!! If I could have given minus ten stars I would have! **** **** ****!!!!
