Recently took a loan with DirectAxis. I've been asking for the loan agreement since the 5th of Feb. They keep sending me blank douments and none of the agents can explain why. No one wants provide contact details of management or complaints management . The only option is to contact the Ombudsman as this seems like its gonna drag for months.
