D/O went off wrong date and they say it is not paid?
Few issues 1. Debit order for my FFW loan through Direct Axis went of on 23/08 and not 25/8? Who gives them the right to do that? 2. Got an SMS on 29/08 to say d/o did not go off? But it did. 3. I could choose option 1 - do intimidate d/o again or option 2 call back 4. Selected option 2 call back- never called me 5. Called them today 30/08. Confirmed d/o went off. Asked to speak to supervisor- call was dropped on me.
