do not update monthly when you pay extra on loan
I asked my bank to pay R14,265 into my direct axis loan account but they have not updated this in my monthly statement. It has been 3 months and it still doesn't show. When I called them in April they claimed it would take 10 days before it could reflect and its 4months later still not updated. They give horrible service and only care for customers who are getting new loans but once you are in they just want to make more money out of you than you actually owe them. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
