After bombarding me with **** offers for a loan, but hen refusing to accept my sole proprietorship FNB bank statements, which are linked to my ID number and which the grossly backward and negligent staff of this loathsome company, which is part of FirstRand, could easily check, I cancelled my loan application.

I was however, under false pretenses, coerced into paying an application fee of more than 1000, after the so-called consultant made me believe the loan had been approved. Now, 5 days later, this loathsome company with its backward, primitive systems, still have not refunded my application fee. I have repeatedly asked their so-called "customer service" (Hahahahahahaha! What a joke!) to refund me, but still nothing.

Again; to say that this pathetic company's so-called service is c...ra..p, is to insult fecal matter.
