Dissatisfied by your staff and their bullying tactics
you were so quick to respond in the public eye for all to see- but you have not contacted me, about my complaint - I still have not received an apology. I am not going to take any calls from your rude staff until management addresses my complaint and dissatisfaction with your staff. send me an e-mail or contact me on my cell phone in order to resolve this.
