Dishonest business practise

<p>On the 12th of April, I negotiated a settlement discount of R15 823.60, which was to be paid on the 20th of April. I made a payment of R16 700 on the said date and I later called to inform of the payment. </p> <p>The payment was R876.40 more than what I should have paid. Today, I have not been reimbursed of this difference. I am still waiting but instead I got a letter which informs me of a reserved loan of R73 750. The letter further says, it will settle my current loan of R8 520.61 and deposit the remaining R65 229.40 directly to my bank account. Please rectify this, pay me back the R876.40 which was an overpayment and send me a confirmation that my account was settled</p>
