Disgusting/Poor and Pathetic Service
This has been the worst service that I have received in my entire life. They are very quick to give you a lone but when you want to settle the account you have to nag them for 3 months. then they still do not send you settlement letters, instead that sell the loan to a 3rd party and close your account. Now when I am asking for a letter to confirm the closure so I can settle my debt with the 3rd party company they blatantly ignore a person and they just have a don't care attitude. You cannot get hold of their legal department and it just in general seem that no one is interisted in resolving your query. I would not recommend them for anything to anyone!!!!

11 Oct 2023, 11:52I am so frustrated! I received a call yesterday and I was informed that this will be resolved quickly and that I would not have to wait. It is mid day already and I have not had feedback only that my complaint has been escalated and I was asked for my ID number 4 hours ago. How long does this take. you would think that when a person complains on Hello peter you would get better or some assistance. this is ridiculous!!!!!

Does Direct Axis not care about their name or client service.
You get no assistance no matter what you ask for and they are dealing with peoples livelihoods. But they are very quick to take your money but they will not assist you any further.
