Disgustingly appalling service

I am appalled by DirectAxis; the service is worse than I could have imagined. When I wanted a loan from them they responded within minutes but now that I want to settle my loan I have been battling to get a settlement quotation for two weeks now. I call an have to hold for long period of times, they drop calls and don't call back, emails are never responded to and their twitter team is equally ***********, making promises that someone will call back but no one ever does.

I would not recommend these people to anyone. I am starting to believe that the delays are calculated to increase my daily interest so that they can continue ripping me off. How the hell do they ignore an email for two weeks?? Sies
