Disgusting services! Shocking waiting time.

It always amazes me how you get super-fast contact from Direct Axis when you make debt. You get a new loan and money paid out within 48 hours but when it comes to settling, getting confirmation of settlement and getting the account closed it takes 5 - 10 working days and then you struggle endlessly to get someone to assist you. I have been on call from my cell number for the last 10 minutes waiting for an agent to pick up my call. This after already sending through an email 3 days ago with proof of payment and email stating my account has been paid up. STILL NO ANSWER from anyone on that end to my email either. It is absolutely shocking that it takes so long for you to close a client's account in comparison to how quickly you turn around a new account. So now I have to suffer another debit order at the end of March because you cannot work fast enough, or at least that is what you expect me to believe and then wait 5 days minimum to get my money back when I have already paid my account in full weeks before. Your service is really disgusting and I am so glad to be done with the lot of you. Just do your jobs guys, deal with your customer complaints, queries, admin work and faster! You make millions off the back of people like me! DO BETTER!
