Disgusting service

Direct Axis is a joke. We are in a crisis situation. The country has been forced to go into lockdown and legally businesses does not have to pay you a salary if you dont work during the lockdown and closures.

I called direct axis asking if there is any way i can defer a payment or take a payment holiday as i wont be earning a salary for April. The lady barely listened to me and just said no im liable even if i cant afford it.

Ive never defaulted on a payment and my account is up to date. Its ridiculous that such a big financial institutions doesnt have measures in place to cope with this. Do they want us to go into bad credit because this is completely out of my control.

I would not recommend taking out any kind of loan with them.
