Disgusting service

Absolute terrible and inconsiderate service. I did not have an account for over 15 years with Direct Axis and it was prescribed. I took out a loan with Sanlam personal loan in January 2023 and requested a settlement amount through the link *** and they gave me a settlement amount with Lynn and Main attorneys and I was under the impression it was for the Sanlam loan. I paid the R30 000.00 and I asked them to please send me a email that they will not debit my account because Sanlam still took a debit order just to find out that I never paid my Sanlam loan with Direct Axis, but a prescribed loan of 15 years ago. Still waiting for a call from you as I also sent an email to complaints@directaxis. Please can this money be paid to Sanlam.
