Disgusting service

Cannot undertand how they operate a business with zero customer service. Have sent them a total of 4 emails since the 14th April 2021. They habe not had the courtesy to action or even bother to respond to my query. They keep you holding forever . It is impossible to be able to speak to humann being.

Please tell me how you people operate you business by just ignoring your customers. Customer who actually keep you business alive.
