Disgusting Service

I have been struggling for more than 15 days to get a simple settlement letter from Direct Axis. This is halting the processing of my home loan at another financial institution. Direct Axis couldn't give a hoot. I have made numerous calls, my emails are not being answered, I am being put on hold.... The original application process was also not a walk in the park, with absolute no feedback or communication throughout. I pray that I will not ever be in the position again to have to apply for financing at Direct Axis. They are the absolute worst! Furthermore, they are unable to provide a satisfactory explanation regarding the credit balance on my statement.
