Disgusting and imhuman treatment from Direct Axis

O my dear God, can someone please respond to my issues and complaints. I need a paid up letter for my loan and a refund. Can someone please contact me as my bank details have changed. There is absolutely no sympathy towards customers. I would have to now look into alternative ways to receive responses from Direct axis as not even hello peter complaints seem to affect this company.
