Disgustin Directaxis

I have a loan with direct axis, which i was paying well, I unfortunately got retrenched in September 2018, I then emailed immediately directaxis to notify them of this, and only recieved a response in November and was told to send the retrenchment letter together with the uif for, which i did. In March 2019, again I received an email asking for the same documents, which I did send, I have printed all communication between me and them, but I'm still getting statements of the loan, why, because i was paying for insurance on this loan, why am I being harrased, please do your job people, forward the documents to the insurance company. This is so irritating really, its almost 12 months, and nothing has been done, why charge us for insurance when you have no intentions whatsover to claim from it!
