DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE

Good day<br> <br> i have been trying to get an upgrade on my loan. I have been Declined everytime though my debit order comes out every month. When i questioned why am i being Declined i was told that i am applying too many times. So decide to stop sms or calling. 2 weeks later consultants are calling offfering me a loan. When i call them they say its approved (2 consultants confirmed that i settle the current one and what ever is left will be in my account. I was called and said that i am Declined . So disappointed in the way Direct Axis approaches people and the poor service offered to us.<br> <br> Regards
