Disgusted by Direct Axis conduct

Last year December I asked Direct Axis to send me a settlement amount which was less R10 500 and when I spoke to the lady I told her I can’t afford that amount and she said they can’t reduce it. I then told her I will call her when I have the money, I just did that and to my horror they sold my debt without telling me and now the new company wants R22 000 from which is far more than what I initially owed Direct Axis. Direct Axis hasn’t been sending me any statements or confirmation regarding my debt and I refuse to pay money which is far more than what I owe them. I’ve called them numerous times requesting this information and they are not helpful. I am only willing to pay a settlement of what was quoted.

The company that you handed me over which is LMB Attorneys has just called me and harassed me and told me that you should have not done a settlement with me after they took over in October 2018. According to my records you already did that as we were in contact in November 2018.
Why am I being treated this way yet the agreement was made with you.
You still haven’t contacted me and I refuse to further speak to them and hope this matter will be laid to rest soon.

Dear Direct Axis

A week has passed and you continually say you are investigating yet you are not giving me proper time lines.
I’d appreciate that this matter is laid to rest tomorrow for the latest.
I would like to pay the money outstanding and get this over and done with.

Once again why did you give me a settlement amount for a sold-account and why was I not informed of this as you have my contact details.
Lastly who is going to pay interest on a sold account that you did not inform me of?
Surely you have a duty yo inform me of any changes as I have been wanting to settle on many occasions meaning you have my contacts.

Your conduct as a big organisation is questionable and your lack of urgency in this matter is appauling.
Kindly let me know what is taking so long and when I can expect for your “investigation” to be done.
