Disgruntled client

About a week ago I wrote a review on hello Peter about no one getting back to me. You ever handles your hello Peter account rep**** and promised someone will get in touch with me. To this very minute I have received no feedback. I have not logged a complaint with the banking. I feel your treatment of your clients are extremely unprofessional and down right disgusting. I would not advise anyone to do business with you. I'm also going to take this matter to social media as well as contact the media as poeple should know the type of business they dealing with.
