Disappointing,putride,disgusting service
Good day,i app**** last week for a personal loan,ive emailed the requirments and so far my id which is the outstanding step to complete as i have been approved.I sent a clearer copy of my id twice so far..This morning two times even.I spoke to a consultant yesterday after work she dropped the call on me when i told her to recheck for my clearer id coz if she didnt they normally call bacK.I didnt get her name,today I call to get the bacll rolling as i was suppose to have the money long by now i called 5 times,i put in my id and no one answers on the other line...it jst is quiet..no call up todate eventhough i have given them my new no to call me on which they did in the week.This is quite putride and disappointing esp coz its my first time doing business with them.I already made promises for that mney with nothing at all up to date.I am quite stressed as a result and cant believe this..Both my nos are working being *** and ***.I hope im nt wasting my time and effort liek so far esp like yesterday and today with the cal centre.

When as tomorow is saturday already??i was promised themoney will be in today and you have everyhting i sent like 5 times the outstanding doc,i have commitments with that money and promises made already..this is SOOO sad and disappointing really ...i hope today as i cant wait until monday and the money needs to be paid latest tomorrow...my no again is ***.I hope i get a call today still and money paid into my account tomorrow.
