Disappointing
I contact direct axis to ask if I paid a lump-sum into the personal loan if they would advise if this could reduce my installments. I was advised no. I was told I can pay the money then call in to see what the system has calculated in terms of the term reduction of the loan. I requested if possible to get some assistance in this calculation to see how much I should pay in. How disappointing, I am trying to pay in money not take more out.
