Disappointed.
I app**** for a loan on Thursday, got an sms that my application was approved. Thereafter i had to submit documents and accept a debit mandate, which i did. Days go by, no word. I called today and was told I had to submit my payslip and a selfie, immediately after the call I get an sms that they cant help me. Why drag me through all this trouble, should the system not automatically pick up on initial application that I don't qualify? Really disappointed.
