Disappointed by direct axis

My name is nomthandazo and i have been waiting for my refund and till to date nothing, what makes me so angry is that when i phoned last week Friday... I was told they have backlog and they have system issue. I never received any communication from them telling me about this up until i made a phone, now im sitting here waiting still no communication. Funny how when u want a loan they are so quick to give it to you , but if they need to refund you they are technical issues, how convinient.
