In your answer of 15 March, you indicated that it would take 2 weeks to remove your ******* from my inbox:

"Hello, we've made sure that you won't receive any future promotions, however due to our scheduling process, you may receive one or two more letters in the post, but these will be the very last. Emails and SMSs will stop from next week. We’re sorry to see you go – if you do require our services in future, keep us in mind. Team DirectAxis"

And so 19 April came and went - with more ******* from DirectAxis dumped in my e-mails.
