Directs axis NO RESPONSE WITH SETTLEMENT LETTER
I am struggling now for more than a week to get a settlement letter. I phoned numerous times and promises of emailing me the information but with no luck. This is extremely frustrating. They are quick to phone to give you a loan but no help when you want to settle.
