DirectAxis/Sanlam Loans list me for R7 - AND it's an ERROR on their side!! ***!!

Firstly - I have been with SANLAM (via DirectAxis) for years and they have been GREAT when it comes to getting assistance in regards to applying for their loans (which I had to use due to car issues and other endeavours where an influx of cash was needed) and their payouts are fast and their staff are a breeze to deal with,SO WHY AM I LAYING THIS ISSUE DOWN?? THEY MESSED UP MY CREDIT RATING FOR AN ADMIN ISSUE ON THEIR SIDE,WHICH APPARENTLY CAUSED MY ACCOUNT [WHICH THEY DEBIT BTW,SO I DON'T MANUALLY PAY THEM - KEEP THAT IN MIND] TO BE R7,YES, S-E-V-E-N RAND IN ARREARS DUE TO THEIR UNDER DEBITING [APPARENTLY] AND IT HAS SINCE THEN [LAST YEAR] ESCALETED TO R86......R86 I NOT A LOT OF MONEY, H-O-W-E-V-E-R WHEN YOU FAIL TO SECURE A DEVICE OR CONTRACT THAT YOU NEED FOR WORK, VIA A SPECIFIC PROVIDER/PROVIDERS AND THEY COME BACK TO YOU MULTIPLE TIMES IN 6 MONTH AND TELL YOU THAT THEY CAN'T ASSIST YOU AND THEY WON'T TELL YOU WHY AND YOU ONLY FIND OUT M-O-N-T-H-S LATER [VIA ONE OF THE PROVIDERS] THAT THE ISSUE IS ADVERSE INFORMATION AGAINST YOU VIA DIRECTAXIS [SANLAM LOAN] FOR F'ING R86, THAT WILL RUIN YOUR DAY,YOUR WEEK AND YOUR MONTH!!

I was not informed by DirectAxis or SANLAM that my [debited] account is in arrears by R86, which inturn f'ed up my record enough for me not to get a device I DESPERATELY need for work purposes. I did not KNOW it was in ANY sort of arrears.

I had to go sign up to a 'credit check' site to see how it played out. It is a JOKE!

So in the MAIN Covid hit,I had a conversation with all my credit providers/creditors [as did most SA Citizens] - FNB said NO [they 'made' everyone take out a loan to pay ONLY their debit orders..OK...] and others came back and said that they can either give a break or a GREAT deal on settlement. SANLAM [DirectAxis Loans] were open to talkingand offered me a two month break,BUT [obviously they still need their money in the end] they will be adding those two months to the end of my loan term. I then received a letter/email from them stating the same and off we went. Very nice of them...

THEN I receive an email, TODAY, in regards another failed attempt at procurring a device I need,FROM THE PROVIDER I'VE TRIED TO GET THE DEVICE FROM AND FROM WHICH I'VE RECEIVED MY DEVICES FROM FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS, that there they can't help [yet again] - so I pressed the issue and provider told me what the ITC claim is and that SANLAM/DIRECTAXIS has me listed for 'a special arrangement for an arrears amount' - MY ACCOUNT GETS DEBITED AND THEY SOMEHOW UNDER DEBITED BY R7 and after MONTHS AND MONTHS [apparently] this has escaleted to R86.....

SO DUE TO THIS I CAN'T GET THE DEVICE I NEED and will now have to give them 12 different documents and a letter from my accountant stating specific things AND to resolve and ISSUE I WAN'T EVER MADE AWARE OF A-N-D then get a clearance document from DIRECTAXIS/SANLAM to say that I'm paid up and in good standing with them...I DIDN'T CAUSE THIS!! THEY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT!! I didn't short pay or under pay!

I need this resolved QUICKLY as the device procurement is a die need for work purposes at the moment.
