DirectAxis, Worst customer service WRT settlements

I have a loan with DirectAxis and I have been trying to get a discounted settlement offer from the company with no success. I get transferred from person to person and most of the time the call drops. One person even told me there are no discounts and when I asked to speak to a manager, she cut the call. Is this the way to do business? I am here to trying settle my account but you dont want to assist me!
