Directaxis will never recommend them to anyone

Where do I start.. Firstly I would not recommend directaxis to anyone for taking a loan. We went into lock down in March currently still at level 3 of the lock down.. Currently working 1 maybe 2 days a week with half pay. I app**** for relief for the lock down period but they still continue to debit the account after I app**** then they told me that I got the relief but they had to take another loan from fnb to cover the 3 months that I app**** for so not only must I pay back my original loan with direct axis I must also pay back an additional loan with fnb. Then they sent me an sms asking would I like an extended relief on my loan so I rep**** yes last thing I heard from them. Next thing I see bang debit order gone out after asking for extended relief. The little money we get in must pay somehow to keep a roof over my head and food in my stomach. I will never ever recommend direct axis to anyone that I know ever.
