DirectAxis using unregistered debt collectors after years of non-communication

Explain to me how you are a part of FNB but you do not know that I have been retrenched in 2022? Also, you now decide to hand over my account to some company no one has ever heard of. Sigma whoever they are are not even listed on the council for debt collector's active register. Furthermore, the last time I received a statement or any type of communciation from DirectAxis was in 2019. I received 5x messages from FNB over the past year stating I was not honouring my personal loan account. Obviously I thought these messages were sent in error, because not one word did they say about DirectAxis. And I do have a personal loan with FNB that I am trying to pay off. So why was I handed over when there was zero communication from DirectAxis that this would happen? Expect an email from the NCR, because I am filing an official complaint. I was under the impression that my personal loan and revolving loan payments included the DirectAxis loan because you are all the same company. Why, if you were not receiving payments, could you not just send an email, since I have had the same email address for many many years???? I have rep**** to the Sigma people via email and guess what, their mailbox is full. Does this strike you as reliable debt collectors, especially when they are not even registered on the CFDC website?

Anyway, I have my retrenchment letter that I can send to you, and I can make an arrangment but since I do not work, it will not be a lot of money. I currrently pay R300 for my FNB account, R350 for a revolving loan, and R200 on what I thought was the DirectAxis loan but clearly was not.

And explain to me why you did not give me a chance to make the arrangement directly with DirectAxis?
