DirectAxis - *******!
I have a serious complaint against Directaxis. They are very ********* and misleading with their process. I app**** for a loan, which they approved. I was sent an instruction to pay R8 000 for attorneys to draft the legal contract which I paid. I made the payment to "D A Attorneys". When I received the contract it has been very poorly and amateurly drafted by "A&A Attorneys". I have attempted to find either of these attorneys and neither of them exist! When I queried this with Gina Nel at Directaxis she said well Directaxis have their own attorney (D A Attorneys) but she could not explain the "A&A Attorneys" link. In addition I have been instructed to pay R15 720 as a "once off insurance premium" before I get the loan - this was not mentioned in the application documentation. I have demanded a refund of my R8 000 and a cancellation of the loan application - nowhere in their documentation does it say that the R8 000 is not refundable - but I am now being totally ignored!!!!! Directaxis are ******* and are not to be trusted; their transacting is devious and *******. I will be reporting them to the FSB, the Financial Services Ombud, and whoever else is applicable.
