DirectAxis, the worst company to work with, complaints department is useful

The company charged me an interest after paying back a loan within 2 working days, this is against their policy and was confirmed this telephonically by one of their managers but they refuse to pay back money owed to me. I went on their website just to see what I could qualify for, without submitting any paperwork nor accepting the loan online, 2 days later, they deposit the money into my account without confirmation.
